Ghastly new formula
Purchased a couple of 500ml tubs a while back not realising they had the little words "new vegan formula" on the top. The new formula is horrible on the skin - it leaves a sticky residue that causes tightness and leaves my skin burning. What a waste as I can't use these tubs now. After nearly 3 decades of using Nivea Soft I am going to have to find an alternative that is kind to my skin - that is soft and easily absorbed. Not this. Please bring back the original Nivea Soft formula. Many other reviews say the same. Please do something! We can't all be wrong!

Nivea, WHY did you mess with this? It’s a completely different cream to the one I’ve used for years. I bought a tube as my skin was feeling tight due to cold weather and central heating. Old Nivea Soft would instantly soothe and moisturise my face. This reformulated version is thin, watery, doesn’t absorb properly, and didn’t do a thing to relieve my face. Please, please, bring back the old version. No way I would try to use this under make up either. What were you thinking?

Bring back the old formula!
Feel conned - just seen from reviews that the formula has been changed, thought I was buying same product I've been using and loving for years. New product doesn't soak in, sits on my skin and feels like it's burning/irritating the skin when its applied
