New shaped pot, new ingredients, ruined product!
Have used this product for many years. Just purchased a new pot, shape changed, new vegan formula! Disaster, skin now feels tight and uncomfortable after application. Completely ruined the product, sadly time to move on with a different face cream ☹️

Awful version
I have used Nivea soft for over 20 years and loved it, I can’t believe that it has changed, the new vegan cream is awful, really bad for my skin Please bring the original version back or give people the option to choose which one they want, you are going to lose so many customers if you don’t

Disappointment with new formula
Why why why have you changed the formula a perfect item? I've been using nivea soft for 30 years and I don't like the change at all. The new version is slimy to the touch and doesn't absorb at all. It's SO disappointing. I know social media is full of similar comments so you must be aware of regular long-term customers' disappointment. Why risk losing so many stalwart supporters for a possible new minority? I won't be buying any more unless it goes back to the old formula. I would hope for better from Nivea.
