New Formula is awful
I have been using Nivea Soft for years as it was one of the few face creams that didn't irritate my skin and I loved the feel/smell of it. Just bought a tub of New Vegan Formula and hate it!!!! It stings on application, smells bad and leaves the skin on my face and neck feeling very dry and itchy. Nivea, you have lost another happy customer

Massively disappointed with the newformula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this cream in my face for over 30 years. But the new formula is not for me. It doesn’t soak into my skin like the old formula. I’m so sad to now have to source out another face cream because I can’t continue to use this one as I really don’t like everything about the new cream 🥲

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your new formula is absolutely rubbish compared to the old one it leaves a white cast and is oddly thick which defeats the title of it being soft
