Would give zero stars if I could
I’m so upset, I’ve been using this day cream for years. I have really sensitive, acne prone skin and I’d really sorted it, haven’t had a break out in years. Nivea changed their formula without warning and within a week of using I have broken out all over my face again, this will take months to sort out. I could cry and I’m so conscious of it all over again. Avoid this cream or Nivea go back to your old formula please!!

Disappointing new formula
I have used Nivea Refreshing Day cream for many years as it feels incredibly nourishing and smelled absolutely beautiful. This new formula feels incredibly thin and smells absolutely awful; I initially thought there had been a problem with the batch. Very disappointing.

Have you used product for years and always really liked it. Sad to see the Nivea have suddenly changed it. It smells strange and just doesn’t feel like it used to
